This happened yesterday at the ceremonial signing of the House Bill 4060 designating a portion of M-10, the Aretha F. Franklin Memorial Highway with Sabrina Owens (l), Aretha’s niece and the personal representative of the Aretha Franklin Estate, State Representative Leslie Love (c), and Earline Franklin, Aretha’s Sister-in-Law.
